Clinical Supervision and Consultation

Who this is for

We offer individual clinical supervision and case consultation to practicum students, pre-licensed clinicians working toward registration hours, and newly qualified therapists, supporting them in enhancing client outcomes, strengthening their intervention skills, and engaging in case discussion.

This supervision is designed for individuals who work with, or plan to work with, adult clients experiencing concerns such as stress, depression, anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and complex trauma), as well as histories of abuse and violence.

Commitment

A minimum three-month commitment is required to support the development of rapport, alignment and sustained engagement. We seek to work with supervisees who are able to commit to at least a three-month supervision period.

Approach

Her approach to supervision is integrative and reflective, supporting students and clinicians in deepening their clinical skills, strengthening case conceptualization and working more effectively with trauma, depression, anxiety and complex presentations. Grounded in modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and somatic approaches, Sho aims to create a collaborative and supportive space where supervisees can grow with skill and insight.
